Ice Cream?

Father Graham Francis led our Diocesan Quiet Day in Llandaff Cathedral in March. His addresses were thought provoking and it was good to share this contemplative day with so many Mothers’ Union friends. It was also powerful to experience periods of silence with the Majestas before us and the beauty of the Cathedral all around.

Of the many thoughts Father Graham shared with us, the one I would like to share with you is that God is not like a carton of special chocolate ice cream that sits in the back of the freezer to be brought out on special occasions such as Easter or Christmas.

Rather God is in the air we breathe, He is all around us. God is good : ALL THE TIME: Alleluia!
