‘Labelled for Life’ resource used in ‘Teenagers in Today’s Society’ presentation.

Mothers’ Union Llandaff Diocese is so pleased to hear how pupils from St John the Baptist Church in Wales High School, Aberdare, took part in a Seminar organised by the Rotary Club. The event was held in the Ty Newydd Country Hotel and the theme of the seminar was ‘Teenagers in Today’s Society’.

A pupil (whose mother and grandmother are MU members) suggested they use the Mothers’ Union booklet, Labelled for Life, to illustrate certain points in their presentation. The Rotarians were very impressed and the youngsters won the first prize.

It is wonderful to think that teenagers are able to relate to this booklet and found it such a worthwhile resource.
