Llandaff Diocese Mothers’ Union is deeply saddened at the news of the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. The passing of our Queen is a real loss after a life of incredible service. She was loved and respected by each generation and will be sorely missed by us all.

As our Patron, we give thanks for her guidance and support of Mothers’ Union over the decades, which has enabled us to touch as many lives as possible, in many and varied communities. We mark and celebrate a life dedicated to the service of others, her strong faith, and her devotion to all people

Our Queen was a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and our thoughts and condolences are with the Royal family, who we hold in our prayers at this time.
